The Five Behaviours™ is the result of the partnership between Wiley Workplace Learning Solutions and best-selling author Patrick Lencioni. This programme will focus on individuals and how they can improve their effectiveness and productivity within a team through the understanding and application of The Five Behaviours: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results. You will receive a custom Personal Development profile as well as two online workshops that will give you insights into the behaviours that make a good team great.

In essence, organisations need to equip their employees to quickly create cohesive teams that enable results. The programme uses a model that harnesses the power of Patrick Lencioni’s "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" and to benefit the individual, who can then disperse the key takeaways throughout their organisation.

This program will help individuals better understand, internalise, and apply the principles of The Five Behaviours model and to foster communication that can be used throughout an organisation.
